Established in 1993, Shenzhen Marshallom Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture enterprise specialized in tin production. Our registered capital is USD 8 million and the total asset value is more than USD10 million. We own factory area of 15, 000 square meters. There are over 320 professional machines and more than 450 sets of high efficiency equipments to ensure our production capacity over 15 million tins per month.
Within 15 years, Marshallom has marvelously improved both in high-equipment and management system based on High Quality and Satisfactory Service. There are 6 subsidiary companies under our group: 1 printing factory, 3 tin factories and an office in HK and an advertising design company. In order to meet customer' s needs, we have different kinds of ready-made packing boxes and provide ENG Drawing and Design services according to customer' s idea.
All of our products meet the international safety standards and win customer' s praises. Excellent quality, high efficiency, full safety and low wastage are our faith and final aim. Based on the International Quality Management Standard and the ISO9001 ( version 2000) Standard, we set up a Total Quality Management System ( TQM) to match our quality control and standardized quality audit, we aim to achieve zero defect in production to meet all needs of our customers.
According to the shape, our major products can be classified as round tin, rectangle tin, profiled tin and metal craftwork. Meanwhile, according to the usage, it can also be classified into:
Gift tins ( watch box, pencil box, spectacle box, saving box, CD case, DVD case, perfume box, card case, casket, candle box, battery case etc.) ,
Food containers ( coffee tin, chocolate tin, tea tin, milk jug, candy box, cookies or cake tin, beer tin, medicine tin, cigarettes case, wine box, etc.) ,
Iron craftworks ( key rings, ice bucket, ashtray, all kinds of mat for pans and cups, lamp, droplight, painting iron craftwork, etc.) .
As an export-oriented company, we have import and export permission certificate. Our products export mainly to markets in North America, Japan, and Middle East and European countries. We have already set up business relationship with customers of more than 60 foreign countries.
